Poet's Monday Open Mic, 7:30-10pm, Mondays Taking place at Linneman's Riverwest Inn, 1001 E Locust St, Milwaukee, WI 53212, Poet's Monday is Milwaukee's longest-running poets' open mic. Doors open and the sign-up list goes out at 7:00pm, with open mic performances starting at 7:30pm followed by a featured reader at 8:30pm. Admission is $3. Lyrical Sanctuary Open Mic, 7-9pm, Second Wednesdays Milwaukee's flagship campus and community open mic night takes place from 7-9pm on the second Wednesday of every month during the academic school year at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Student Union, 2200 E Kenwood Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53211.
